Answer: Nail up is directly applied to walls or ceiling - Drop In fits into 15/16 grid.

Question: Why do I need to use cone head nails?
Answer: Best way to install is to use our authentic cone headed nails.
Cone head nails are made to blend into the pattern of the ceiling and wall tiles.

Question: What is the difference between a 6" patterns and a 12" patterns?
Answer: 6", 12" and 24" sizes refer to the size of the pattern that repeats
through out the tile.

Question: What is the advantage to using 2x4 Nail-up tiles from Shanker Industrues compared to 2x2 tiles from other companies?
Answer: Shanker Industries 2x4 tiles will elimiate 50% of the seems which will give you a better astetic feel to your ceiling.

Question: Is their a difference between Shanko's tiles and other manufacturers who claim to have "original" tiles?
Answer: Yes, only particpating "Shanko" dealers are selling original tiles made from original dies. Please compare samples of each before purchasing. Please contact us for a sample of the tile you are interested in.

Question: Are 2x2 Nail-up tiles "Authentic"?
Answer: If you purchase a 2x2 Nail-up you are buying a reproduction tile. ONLY 2x4 Nail-up tiles from "Shanko" are original.
