Shipping via truck: Freight charges may be prepaid payable to the carrier by you directly. Frieght charges and volume discounts will be calculated and confirmed via email.
Shipping via UPS: Shipping Rates calculated by UPS for all orders. Except for large orders shipped by Truck courier, please contact us for more details. 20 pcx/box for UPS orders. Cornices can also be shipped via UPS.
Returns: Product claims, disputes and/or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. We can not accept returns that are initiated beyond 7 days of receipt of product. Product can only be returned upon authorization from Shanko. Call us at 877 SHANKO 1 and request a return authorization. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number that will need to be posted on every package of returned merchandise in order to receive a refund or exchange.
- Altered or installed products can not be returned.
- A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returned items.
- Return shipper must pay for return freight.
- Freight charges cannot be refunded.
- Returned packages not displaying a valid RMA number will be refused.
- RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days from issue date.
- RMA numbers beyond 14 days of issuance will be refused.
- Items returned via COD freight will be refused.
- Credits/exchanges will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt of returned materials.
This policy also applies to damaged merchandise. Upon inspection of the damaged merchandise, If authorization for credit is approved, return freight will be credited and the 25% re-stocking fee will be waived.
Shanko can not guarantee matching color lot after shipment. We recommend all customers order 1-3 extra panels and pieces (depending on the size of the project and color to ensure same dye/impression lot in case of needed replacements. Shanko will not be liable to any customers who order less than the necessary material quantities.
All colors are not returnable. Excluding white color orders are final (warm white not included)! No returns - no exceptions!
