Received my order in excellant condition within a week despite the east coast being in the middle of a snow storm. Material packaging was outstanding. The customer service was very quick to respond to any questions I might have had. Product and pricing was more than competitive with other companies. Website was accurate and informative. I just wanted to thank you for a beautiful product. I never worked with it before, but it definitely wont be the last. I used it behind a small wood burning stove in a 12'x 12', off the grid, cabin in the Catskills.
